What happens to any un-used hours in a month?
If you have a recurring monthly plan, your hours will be rolled over automatically for you to use during the next month of service. Non-recurring monthly memberships will forfeit any unused hours at the end of their month.
Can I purchase additional hours in month if I run out of hours?
Yes! Additional hours can be purchased for a flat rate of $33/hour.
What are the hours of operations for EBOS?
EBOS is committed to providing you the best service and completing all of your requests on time. We work M-F from 7am - 7pm EST. If you are located on PST, we will accommodate to ensure that all of your tasks are completed when you need them to.
What are the typical timelines for new requests?
Our response time to read, review, acknowledge and get back to you with any questions is typically between 1-2 hours or less.
We deliver jobs within 24-48 hours of request, unless otherwise specified by the client.
Can I make a request over the weekend?
You can make requests via e-mail any time you would like during the week or weekend. If you reach us after hours, we will do our best to review and acknowledge your request, with any questions, within our same response time; however, this is not guaranteed. We will definitely get back to you first thing the next business day.
What happens if I have a request that must be completed over the weekend?
Although not our typical hours of operations, we understand that life gets on the way and sometimes our services are needed over the weekend. We'll be happy to provide you the services you require; however, you will incur a time and a half rate for the time it takes to deliver weekend requests.
Will I get a monthly report of how my hours were used?
Yes! As a matter of fact, we will send you a summary e-mail every Friday letting you know what your hour balance is and at the end of the month, you'll receive a detailed summary of how those hours were distributed on all of your requests.
Will I see a monthly invoice for the monthly service fees?
When you set up recurring payments, we will automatically deduct your monthly fee from the account you provide us. We will send you a receipt every month with your payment transaction details.
